Supersized Anxiety

Many of my clients are telling me that the highs are high and the lows feel low low low right now. And I get it. Me too.

So I wanted to talk this week about supersized anxiety and how we don't have to turn the volume up quite so high.

Meaning: we can choose to keep anxiety "right sized" instead of going overboard and supersizing every time it shows up.
