Sure, some of our relationships are a wonderful source of support, love, fun, & kindness. But what about the relationship dynamics that leaving us feeling drained...more anxious & stressed than we showed up?

We are all involved in loads of relationships. From romantic partnerships to family to co-workers to friends to neighbors, we all have plenty of people in our lives. And our relationships can be a wonderful source of support, joy, & love…or they can come loaded with anxiety, overwhelm, worry, & stress.
