Each module contains a short guided meditation practice that you can use to deepen your work. Download these so you can use them anytime, anywhere.

Each module also contains a 30-minute yoga video, led by me, designed to help you embody what you're learning. These are meant to be done a few times / week.

We will gather weekly on Zoom so I can answer your questions about the material, support you in transforming anxiety, and provide practical steps for you to implement in your life. This is also a great way to connect with others; hear what's working, what's not working, and how you can do things differently to ease anxiety.
